Damage Assessment
*Your vehicle will be examined and inspected by a trained damage appraiser.

  * An alignment may be done to determine extent of structural mis-alignmnet.

*Up to 40% of damage can be hidden damage, so the vehicle may be put on a hoist to inspect the underbody.

*All damaged items are outlined in detail on the damage report(estimate). As this "damage report" acts as the "blue print" for the repair, care is taken to ensure all parts, repair procedures, and all damage is noted.

*Once an assessment of damage has been completed, our experienced staff work with the insurance company to determine the final repair procedure and parts, items such as betterment and any deductibles will also be determined.

We take care of the negotiations and communication with the insurance company.

The Work

  * Our parts manager begins ordering replacement parts for your vehicle.

*Today's vehicle's are made with a unibody construction, and as such, are designed to crush in certain areas. Complex measuring and frame equipment is used to restore your vehciles to manufacturing tolerances.

*Once all structural and body repairs are complete the processs continues to the paint department where we use the highest quality SIKKENS primers and paints to restore the finish on your vehicle.

  * With color match being a key concern for most consumers, we use a sophisticated paint matching, mixing system to ensure the perfect color match.

*After a series of coats of paint and clear coat have been applied to your vehcile, the vehicle is placed in our SPRAYBAKE booth to ensure proper adhesion and drying of the new finish. The vehicle bakes at 145 degrees  celcius for 45 min to an hour to cure the paint.

*The vehicle is now ready for clean-up and is placed in the detail department. All tape, paper, and spray mask are removed and the vehicle is detailed both on the interior and exterior.

*Emblems are replaced, mouldings are installed and adjustments are made.  A final quality check is done including a "road test" to ensure accurate performance after repairs.

The vehicle is now complete and is released upon payment and sign-off.
